Initial solution:
The basic invisible function uses a transparent sheath to wrap the basic structure of the optical fiber, and the wall is laid through hot melt adhesive coating, which initially achieves the "invisible" effect and has good bending performance. However, the hot melt adhesive needs to be precisely controlled during construction, uneven coating can easily affect the appearance, local overheating may damage the optical fiber, and the installation tools are complex and inefficient.
 

Second generation upgrade:

Installation process and material optimization continue the main form of the optical cable, upgrade the installation process, use "transparent track groove" instead of hot melt adhesive, first paste the track with grooves, and then insert the optical cable into the groove. This solution does not require heating construction, which lowers the operating threshold. At the same time, it uses yellowing-resistant sheath materials to improve long-term aesthetics, but it still requires two steps of "laying tracks + laying optical cables", and the construction process needs to be simplified.

 

Three generations of innovation:
Minimal construction and enhanced performance The subversive introduction of a flat self-adhesive structure allows you to directly paste and lay the product after removing the adhesive protective film, achieving a "one-step" minimalist construction with significantly improved efficiency.
