a) The fiber optic distribution box box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) should be intact, with no burrs, bubbles, cracks, voids, warping, impurities or other defects in all plastic parts. The thermal deformation temperature should be ≥ 85 ℃, meeting the requirement of a 15 year service life of the line.
b) The inner metal sheet of the fiber optic distribution box box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) should be Q235 cold-rolled sheet with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm, and the outer surface should be galvanized. The upper and lower device plates of the box should be Q235 cold-rolled sheet with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and galvanized and spray coated. Outdoor models are equipped with iron parts for pole holding devices, which are made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized iron accessories.
c) Metal structural components treated with spray molding should have excellent adhesion between the coating and substrate, and the adhesion should not be lower than the level 2 requirements in Table 1 of GB, T9286-1998 standard. The appearance is smooth and clean, with uniform color and no defects such as peeling, peeling, rust, etc. There is no sagging, scratches, exposed bottom, bubbles, and whitening.
d) The non-metallic composite materials (plastic) selected for the accessories of the fiber optic distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) should comply with the rules in GB, T2408-2008 for incineration purposes.
e) The color of the outer coating of the fiber optic distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) is according to the color spectrum: GSB05-1426-200 medium gray (similar colors refer to Pantone medium gray 445, matte color).
f) It is necessary to have the China Unicom logo on the upper left side of the front of the fiber optic distribution box, which is red in color and scaled according to the same share of the China Unicom trademark.
