24 Core Telecom Communication Cable

Description
ADSS optical cable adopts loose tube stranded structure.
The 250 μm fibers were placed in loose tubes made of high-modulus plastic. The tube is filled with a waterproof filling compound.
The tubing (and filler) is twisted into a compact, circular core around an FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) serving as a non-metallic central reinforcement.
After the cable core is filled with filler, it is wrapped with a thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath.
After wrapping a layer of aramid yarn as a reinforcement on the inner sheath, it is then equipped with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
Features
- No need to turn off the power to install.
- Excellent AT performance. The maximum inductance at the working point of the AT sheath can reach 25kV.
- The light weight and small diameter reduce loads from ice and wind as well as loads on the tower and rear struts.
- The span is large, with the maximum span exceeding 200m.
- Good room temperature strength and temperature performance.
- Design life is over 30 years.
Application
- Outdoor aerial application
- Low voltage transmission system (≤12kV)
- Railway and telecommunication pole routes
- Subscriber and LAN
- Voice, data, video and imaging systems
