1. Functional inspection
Check all components of the product according to the assembly drawing, and use inspection and operation verification methods to check the completeness of installation and the functionality achieved by each functional device.
2. Optical splitter
Connect the standard jumper according to the dotted line and adjust the optical power to 0dB (using the 0 key). Then connect the standard jumper according to the solid line in the diagram, and the measured optical power value is the insertion loss value of the optical splitter.
The insertion loss value of the optical splitter should be ≤ the nominal value of the insertion loss of the optical splitter+the nominal value of the insertion loss of the fiber optic active connector × 2.
