The outdoor model is equipped with iron components for pole installation, which are hot-dip galvanized with stainless steel or iron accessories.
c) Metal structural components treated with spray coating should have good adhesion between the coating and the substrate, and the adhesion should not be lower than the level 2 requirements in Table 1 of GB, T 9286-1998 standard. The surface is smooth and uniform in color, without defects such as peeling, peeling, or rusting, and there are no sags, scratches, exposed bottoms, bubbles, or whitening.
d) The non-metallic composite material (plastic) used for the accessories of the fiber optic distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) should meet the combustion performance requirements specified in GB, T 2408-2008,
e) The color of the surface coating of the fiber optic distribution box in the corridor (indoor and outdoor) shall be in accordance with the color spectrum: GSB05-1426-200 medium gray (similar colors refer to Pantone medium gray 445, matte color).
f) The upper left side of the front of the fiber optic distribution box must have the China Telecom logo, which is red in color and scaled proportionally to the China Telecom trademark.
g) The surface color of the fiber optic distribution box should be easy to identify and identify, and coordinated with the environment.
h) The surface color of the work unit inside the box must be easy to identify and distinguish, and colors that are coordinated with the box or the surrounding environment scenery can be used.
i) The front of the box can only have the logo of China Telecom, and the manufacturer's logo is not allowed to appear on the front of the box.
