This fiber optic splice clousure is applied in the junction and protecting of the fiber.It can be place with the aerial cable or buried in earth or put in the pipeline.The outer part and the fusing part of the clousure are made of the project plastic with the virtue.

Designed with versatility in mind, the 48 Core Dome Closure offers a variety of solutions including repair and distribution splices, grounding for fiber-in-the-ring applications, and as a standoff gap for armored cables. This closure accepts stranded loose tube or ribbon fiber cables in either armored or dielectric configurations, and can be used in either butt-jointed or in-line configurations. The closure uses a unique cable clamp design to seal the cable, allowing the two cover halves to be removed without disturbing the contents. In addition, a peel-and-seal grommet system is utilized to ensure a snug fit across a wide range of cable diameters, completely sealing the closure and protecting the fiber while eliminating cumbersome tapes and grommets, making installation quick and easy.
